Payment Support

Before you can post jobs and find matches, you will need to set up your payment method. We are only accepting credit cards at this time.
To add your payment method for the first time:
Go to MiOrg
Select Payments
Add new card by filling out your credit card number, credit card’s expiry date, and CVC number
Toggle to agree with the AmbiMi’s Terms of Service
Enter a valid email address; all payment notices (i.e., receipts, declined payment notifications) will be sent to this email
Click Save

To add additional credit cards:
Go to MiOrg
Select Payments
Select Payment Method
Select Add new card, then fill out your credit card number, credit card’s expiry date, and CVC number
Save the new card by tapping on the checkmark (Android) or selecting done (iOS) on the top right corner
To delete your credit card from your payment methods:
Android:
Go to MiOrg
Select Payments
Select Payment Method
Swipe right on the card you wish to delete
Press Ok
iOS:
Go to MiOrg
Select Payments
Select Payment Method
Swipe left on the card you wish to delete
OR
Select EDIT in the right-hand corner, then select (-) and press delete
To edit the email address that will be receiving payment notices:
Go to MiOrg
Select Payments
Select EDIT on the top right-hand corner

You will only be charged after a Pro completes their shift.

If you are having trouble setting up your org payment method (see "Setting up your payment method"), try the following steps to remedy the error:
Check that each of the following information is entered correctly:
Credit card number (Note: We do not accept debit cards at this time)
Expiry date on your credit card. You must enter it in the MM/YY format
3-digit CVC on the back of your credit card
If the above information is correct, you may wish to:
Try submitting another Payment Method to test if you can successfully submit
Get in touch with your financial institution to see if there is a reason you are receiving an error
If you are still unsuccessful after going through the above steps, please get in touch with us.

If you receive an email notifying you of Incomplete Payment, you will not be able to post a job until you update your payment method (see "Setting up your payment method"). All your existing shifts within 24 hours will be cancelled. To fix this, you may wish to:
Check the expiry date on your credit card; if your card is expired, you can add a new credit card (see "Editing your payment method") in MiOrg > Payments
Ensure that there are sufficient funds in your credit card for all upcoming shifts within the next 72 hours
Call your financial institution to inquire about the status of your credit card

Before getting matched to jobs, you will need to set up MiPayout. This is where you will input your banking information to receive payments after completing shifts. It is important to note that after completing your first Contract or Gig through AmbiMi, it may take up to 14 business days for funds to arrive to your bank account. For all subsequent shifts that follow, funds may take 3 - 7 business days from the last day of the pay period to arrive to your bank account.

Go to MiPrefs
Select MiPayouts Setup – you will be redirected out of the app to Stripe
Follow the instructions provided by Stripe
Once completed, you will be taken back to the AmbiMi app
MiPayout Setup will now show as MiPayout DASHBOARD. This will redirect you to Stripe to see your payout amounts.

For gigs with AmbiMi, expect payouts to arrive in your bank account within 3 - 7 business days from your last shift.
For contracts with AmbiMi, expect payouts to arrive in your bank account within 3 - 7 business days from the last day of the pay period.
AmbiMi’s pay period for contracts is Wednesday to Tuesday. Here is an example:
Joe completed a contract that took place from Monday, Nov 8th to Friday, Nov 19th. His contract ran through 3 different pay periods.
1st pay period: Wednesday, Nov 3rd – Tuesday, Nov 9th
2nd pay period: Wednesday, Nov 10th – Tuesday, Nov 16th
3rd pay period: Wednesday Nov 17th – Tuesday, Nov 23rd
For his shifts worked between Wednesday, Nov 3rd – Tuesday, Nov 9th, he can expect his payout within 7 days of Nov 9th. For his shifts worked between Wednesday, Nov 10th – Tuesday, Nov 16th , he can expect his payout within 7 days of Nov 16th. For his shifts worked between Wednesday Nov 17th – Tuesday, Nov 23rd, he can expect his payout within 7 days of Nov 23rd.
You can check your payout amount by going to your Stripe dashboard via MiPayout DASHBOARD.
If you are experiencing issues with your deposit unrelated to those stated above, please email us at secure@ambimi.com. In the email, please include the following so we can verify your identity and resolve your issue ASAP:
Name of your bank
Last 4 digits of your account number
Full deposit amount
Date range of payout
Screenshots of any in-app messages or emails that you have received
After submitting your email, please allow us 3-4 business days to look into the issue for you.
