What is a Job Hub?

On top of our on-demand staffing app, we have Job Hubs. Job Hubs are physical locations in high-demand areas to help you find temp staff. Find your closest Job Hub, give us a call, and meet our team for friendly staffing.

We offer gigs, temp services, and temp-to-hire. Plus, we're open from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM so that you can find employees as early or late as possible. If you want to drive in at 7:30 to pick up a few warehouse workers for the day, you can!

How Our Job Hubs Work

With our Job Hubs, you have two options. First, you can come into one of our Job Hubs to talk face-to-face with a Job Hub Specialist. Or, second, you can give us a call, and we'll dispatch temporary staff right to you. Either way, you get a dedicated hiring expert in your industry to help you make a staffing plan.

Your experience could look something like this:

You have a position opening for temp warehouse jobs and start with a google search. You come across AmbiMi's job matching platform and get in touch with our team.

Meet your dedicated Account Manager, Anmol. Anmol is one of our talented Business Development Managers here at AmbiMi. He gives you a call to discuss your hiring needs.

First, you get to know each other and go over your company. Then, you talk about the job details, including responsibilities, job requirements, and wages. You tell Anmol that you need one person in by tomorrow. Anmol says he has someone in mind and will confirm with you by the end of the day. In the meantime, he sends you a service agreement to sign.

A few hours later, you get a call from Anmol saying he has a professional, Kian, confirmed for tomorrow. Anmol also schedules a site visit tomorrow to meet you and check safety measures on-site.

The next day, Kian shows up 15 minutes early with all the proper PPE. He's a great team member and has a strong work ethic. Later, Anmol shows up for the site visit.
