Why would I hire for seasonal jobs?
You would like to hire for seasonal jobs because then AmbiMi can provide you the labor you need when you need them the most without actually having them onboard on a continuous basis. What type of issues might I face when hiring seasonal staff?
Well, hiring seasonal staff - there are staffing issues everywhere, right: seasonal and full time. But with seasonal staff, you know, some issues that can occur is you know, they're called seasonal for a reason, right?
